It's kind of interesting that they actually waited so long to define avian influenza. I mean, hasn't it been a "threat" for a few years now?
That aside, I have to say that mouse potato is just ridiculous. Why bother including a word that could be described using several other expressions?


All in all, it's an interesting group of words to say the least.

Most of these words make a lot of sense. I'm surprised words like 'unibrow' and 'soul patch' and 'biodiesel' weren't already in the dictionary. I wonder how often they update it. Mouse potato is probaby the funniest word ever, love it. I looked "logan" up in the dictionary, and it means something about a balanced rock. Great, huh?
